Fenced backyard, perfect for dogs (I do have a dog -- a 65 lb Labradoodle named Fuzzy -- very loving, once he gets to know you). Also has deck & patio with full tree coverage, perfect for relaxing. Twice per month maid service is included in the rent. ---------------------- Now a little about me: I am a recently divorced Christian (but not a bible thumper), early 60s, non-smoker, quiet, like to cook, and try to keep the house clean (but am not a neat freak!). I am a VP of Business Development of a large IT systems integrator firm, and since COVID work from out of my home office. I am originally from Wisconsin, am a Green Bay Packer fan, and enjoy a frosty beverage (aka beer) from time-to-time -- OK, more often than time-to-time, but it is my only vice! ---------------------- The house is within easy walking distance from Centreville HS and Union Mill Elementary School, and also walking distance from community pool, workout facilities, basketball & tennis courts and Colonnade shopping center. 10 minute drive to Manassas / Centreville / Chantilly, 15 minutes to George Mason University (Fairfax), 20 minutes to Herndon / Reston / Vienna. ---------------------- The room is listed at $1200.
