It literally becomes a second living/dining room, but outside - perfect for our Southern California lifestyle! Less than 5 minutes to three freeways (101, 170 and 134) and only a couple of minutes more to both the 5 and 405. 5-7 minutes to Universal, NBC, the NoHo Arts District and Valley College, 10-15 minutes to Disney, Warner Bros, Nickelodeon and Hollywood, and 20-25 minutes over the canyons to Beverly Hills and West Hollywood - not to mention Ventura Boulevard with it's amazing shops and eateries. It’s the nicest, cleanest home of this kind - this close in, for this price - anywhere in this area. We’re cool owners (a Sundance-winning feature filmmaker+acting/voiceover coach and his wife).
