When you reside here you're smack dab in the middle of Duff Ave, Lincoln Way and University Ave. This is a great location for anyone looking for a 2 bedroom unit in a quiet neighborhood. At Timbercreek we include Internet, cable TV, electric, water, garbage, lawn care, snow removal and 2 parking spots in the rent. There are free laundry facilities located on the premises. This is a pet-friendly property. Pets require a deposit of $350 ($250 is refundable, minus any damages or cleaning fees) and $50 pet rent per month.
