Watch the ittle ones play in the huge fenced backyard from the kitchen window. The garage is attached to the house. Tenant maintains yard, weeding, watering and mowing lawn. We do not allow pets because of too many issues with them. Tenant pays WSG, electric, gas, and irrigation. Current tenant is currently in the process of moving. We expect to have the property available as soon as possible. We are currently taking applications.
