Short drive/bike ride, or walk from dining, shopping, banking, grocery store, Clearwater Marine Aquarium, Jolley Trolly can also pick you up in front of the building which can take you to #1 Clearwater Beach, Pier 60. It is also convenient to Tampa International Airport and St. Pete Clearwater Airport. First, last and security is required for move-in along with tenant check and condo association approval. Please allow 15 days for Association Approval. 1 pet allowed, must be under 20 pounds.
