Beautifully remodeled home in the Redlands. Two car garage, screened in patio (10' x 19'), garden boxes, RV parking, enclosed fireplace, large open living space. Washer dryer hook-ups. No smoking. Pets negotiable with a refundable pet deposit and pet rent. Year lease required. First, last, and a deposit equal to one months rent required to move. Must be able to pass a credit and background check. Available October 1st. There may be a possibility to move in mid September but that is not guaranteed.
