Golf carts are welcome but count as one of your two parking spaces, and charging golf carts on the property is not permitted. While the unit is located on the ground floor, the building is elevated due to its proximity to the ocean, requiring a flight of stairs for access. There is no elevator, and the property is not wheelchair accessible. Smoking is not allowed, and pets are not permitted. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors. Please avoid showering off excess sand in the shower or bath to prevent clogs. Activities for Summer 2025 include Fireworks by the Sea and Boardwalk Blast every Thursday from May 23 to August 29, and Free Summer Movies at the Lake every Sunday from May 25 to August 31.
