Would prefer to rent it furnished (queen bed, couch, coffee table, closet unit) but arrangements can be made if the right tenant would prefer unfurnished. Please note that there is not a dishwasher or oven. There is a 2-burner stove. Washer/Dryer included. ALL UTILITIES INCLUDED! This includes water/electric/gas/wifi/sewer/garbage/recycling. There is heat (included heated floors in bathroom) but no A/C. Previous tenants have used a portable A/C unit which has worked well. Plenty of street parking available. Viewing by appointment.
