We do not charge additional deposits or fees for documented service/companion animals. Aggressive breeds include: pitbulls, dobermans, Rottweilers, malamutes, akitas, Staffordshire terriers, presa canarios, wolves, wolf hybrids, or any other animal deemed to be aggressive, dangerous, vicious, or having bitten someone MAY NOT be moved in prior to owner approval. Renter Qualification Requirements: - Please send last 3 MONTHS Paystubs ( Clear Copy ) - Gross monthly income must be 3 times the rental price (before taxes and deductions) - No felonies - No misdemeanor charges within 5 years - No bankruptcies in the last 5 years - No previous evictions - No previous drug charges - Positive rental references - Verifiable rental history - Minimum credit score of 500 - ***Ability to pay rent online (Money order, checks, and cash are not accepted)***
