(10 minute walk) There are no shared walls, but the owner's storage area is below. Central heating and air, hardwood floors. Large yard for pets (sorry no fence). Stove and fridge are only 2 years old, water heater is new. Credit and background checks will be completed, but they do not have to be perfect. No prior evictions will be accepted. The utilities will stay in the owners name, and there is a monthly $275 utility charge. $1910 to move in ($2160 if u have a pet). That's $35 for the application fee, 800 for first months rent, 800 for security deposit, 275 for utilities, and 250 for refundable pet deposit. Thank you!
