The primary renter must be 18+ and provide a valid government photo ID matching the payment method. Unauthorized events, parties, or disruptive noise may result in immediate removal without refund. Park only in designated areas; extra vehicles require prior approval. Events or gatherings exceeding the approved guest count require written consent. Guests must keep the property clean and pest-free and report any pest issues immediately. Guests must cooperate with pest control efforts if needed.
