Spacious Master bedroom with King Size bed, overlooking the CityHarbour. Master on suite bathroom with heated floors, and walk in closet. Second bedroom has a Queen Murphy bed. Public Transport is available just outside your. A car is not needed but an underground secure parking spot and bicycle rack is included. All utilities, cable TV, Internet are included. Deposit required, 1st months rent and $2000 security deposit. A Fixed term agreement will be drawn up for your review and agreement prior to proceeding.
