At night you will witness the city lights across the Harbour. The Condo is beautifully furnished, cozy up around the gas fireplace, while watching TV in our comfy living room. Prepare your meals in our gourmet kitchen, Appliances include an induction stovetop, Meile Dishwasher Oven, and gas BBQ and everything you need to create fantastic meals. Spacious Master bedroom with King Size bed, overlooking the CityHarbour. Master on suite bathroom with heated floors, and walk in closet. Second bedroom has a Queen Murphy bed. Public Transport is available just outside your. A car is not needed but an underground secure parking spot and bicycle rack is included. All utilities, cable TV, Internet are included. Deposit required, 1st months rent and $2000 security deposit. A Fixed term agreement will be drawn up for your review and agreement prior to proceeding.
