About This Property
First the big picture, then the details. If you are not a reader, this is not the right place for you. We are a friendly couple renting our in-law suite. That means that this is a mix between a housemate situation and a standard rental situation. We have 3 small and nice dogs and would welcome someone with a medium-sized or small and friendly pooch of their own to play with our pups and share their big fenced-in, backyard, with terraced garden beds and large oak trees. We seek a positive, friendly person with whom we can share our common indoor spaces (laundry area, hallway, garage entry & storage basement) and also our front and back yards, if you like spending time outside. The details: -No closet in the in-law suite -Cable TV is not available -Electric, gas, water, and trash/recycling utilities are included. -There are two internet options :1. To get an additional router and share our Xfinity internet service, paying 1/3 of the bill.(approx. $30/month at present). 2. There is AT&T DSL already set up, from the street to the in-law suite, that you can subscribe to separately. I don't know the price. -Full kitchen, but no dishwasher (all appliances are a little over 2 years old and in good condition) -Driveway parking -2 entrances: one via the garage & basement, the other is a back door directly into the in-law suite -Roofed porch facing south -Shared washer & dryer (both 1 year old, washer is front-loading) -Large dry basement between garage and suite makes storage convenient -One beautiful forested acre of land We think this is a great deal for the right person, and it will be great for us to have that person here as well. The price is pretty reasonable, especially considering that power, gas, water/sewer, and trash/recycling are included, and that's partly because the right fit is very important to us.
