It's just 3 minutes from the Downtown Core and Fanshawe College, with easy access to public transit. The apartment is 1.5 km from the city's core, where you can find an abundance of bars, restaurants, shopping, and event centers. Additionally, a 5 km drive to Western University and Fanshawe College makes this a prime location. Elevator access is unavailable. The door may not lock automatically, so ensure it is locked before leaving. Quiet hours start at 10 pm until 8 am. Smoking is prohibited inside the property, and evidence of indoor smoking will result in a $1000 fine. Pets are not allowed on fabric couches, chairs, and beds, and any evidence or damages will require additional cleaning and will be charged back to your reservation.
