The bathroom includes a stand-up shower, sink, toilet, hairdryer, fresh towels, and basic toiletries. Amenities include a smart TV with streaming capability, board games, a washer and dryer, an iron and steamer, hangers, storage space, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, and a first aid kit. Well-behaved pets are allowed with prior approval and a fee of $50 per stay. Located in a quiet residential neighborhood just minutes from downtown Nampa, the bungalow makes the perfect home base for exploring Nampa, Boise, and the surrounding area. Nearby attractions include Downtown Nampa restaurants and breweries, the Nampa Public Library, Stella’s Ice Cream, the Roller Dome skating rink, and local shopping including Fred Meyer. The location offers easy access to Nampa, Caldwell, Meridian, and Boise. Most guests travel by car, but many downtown attractions are within walking distance. Downtown Nampa is a 10-minute walk, the Ford Idaho Center is 10 minutes away, Lake Lowell is 15 minutes away, and Boise is 25 minutes away. Parties, events, and unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of the reservation without a refund and an additional cleaning or disturbance fee. Smoking inside the home will result in a $250 cleaning fee. Only guests included in the reservation are permitted on the property unless approved in advance; additional unregistered guests may incur a $100 per person per night fee. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM; please respect our neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum during these hours. Tampering with security devices is strictly prohibited and will result in cancellation without refund. Late check-outs beyond 30 minutes without prior approval will incur a $300 fee. Guests acknowledge that minor signs of wear and tear, such as scuffed walls, small paint chips, or other cosmetic blemishes, may be present due to normal use. Outdoor and garage amenities are offered as a courtesy and are considered self-maintained and are not guaranteed and not subject to compensation if unavailable or malfunctioning.
