We are planning to install a laundromat on site within a week or two.This apartment has been renovated and is ready to be made into a home. It features a huge private balcony, new/refinished flooring, and a new fridge. Utilities are not included, but Sheffield Utilities can give you an average of the monthly bills. We do check credit and backgrounds, but they do not have to be perfect. The most important thing is your previous rental history and your landlords' opinions of you. We do allow people with no previous rental history sometimes, but a co-signer may be required. No prior evictions will be accepted.Refundable pet deposit is $150 for all pets (not per pet). Maximum pet weight for this apartment is 25 pounds. Deposit = $550, Application Fee = $35 per adult, Pet Deposit = $150. The app fee does not have to be paid up front.Text or email is preferred.
