This beautifully designed studio apartment is detached from the main house and offers plenty of natural light and mountain views. Inside, you'll find a queen bed with a memory foam mattress, a spacious closet with hangers, and a smart TV with streaming services. The full kitchen is equipped with modern appliances, including a dishwasher and a 5-burner gas range. The open and spacious bathroom features a tub, shower, and heated floors, with body wash, shampoo, and conditioner provided. Enjoy dining or working in the dining area with bar seating, and relax on the outdoor patio with a charcoal grill. Dogs are welcome for an additional fee, and the property includes a private fenced backyard for your pup to run around in. Dog beds, bowls, and leashes are available upon request. You're just a walk or bike ride away from downtown, the Cannery District, and Northside eateries. Check-in is available anytime after 4 pm, and check-out is at 11 am. Unplanned late checkouts will incur a $50 per hour charge after a 10-minute grace period. Upon checkout, guests are asked to start a load of towels, run the dishwasher, place garbage and recycling in the respective cans, and remove all personal belongings. Dogs are allowed for an additional fee, but they must be kept off the sofa and bed. There is a small fenced-in area for dogs to be let out off-leash.
