The Space Find yourself steps from the powdery white sands of Siesta Key and the #1 beach in the USA in this beautifully appointed, recently refurbished and remodeled, two story condo in Peppertree Bay. This property has 3 bedrooms and 2-1/2 baths split over 2 two floors. The first floor features the main living areas with a living room/dining room, enclosed sunroom/patio, fully stocked kitchen, first guest twin bedroom and a half bath. The second floor features the large master bedroom with large bright windows that open directly to the Peppertree Garden/Pond, and a fully remodeled master Ensuite. The upstairs guest bedroom features two twin beds as well as a remodeled ensuite bathroom. Our Condo is perfect for the extended stay retreat. The furniture is comfortable, the kitchen is fully equipped, and there is plenty of space to relax and hang out. Peppertree Bay features many amenities including two heated pools, tennis courts, BBQ grills, a fitness center and two club houses. This property is best suited for Snowbirds with visiting family members, couples working remotely, and small families. **Peppertree Bay requires reservations of 30 days or more. We are ideally looking for reservations of 2-3 months. The Siesta Key Village is roughly 1.5 north and is best reached by the free Siesta Key Trolley. The Siesta Key Crescent Village is located roughly ½ mile south of the property.
