Unacceptable
I am rating this property as poor and neglected. When you walk in the building there’s a very unpleasant odor in the halls from first floor to third. I have never seen such poor condition of the carpet in hallways, which contains black, dirty, nasty spots everywhere. To my unbelief, all tenants mailboxes are completely open where you see any and all types of personal mail. The doors to the mailboxes are either inside the boxes or just missing, which has been like this for months. I heard a tenant tell his company to excuse the hallway as they walked in. My thought was, excuse what shouldn’t be, terrible conditions.
