The common areas are mostly furnished (living room, kitchen, dining room, laundry). The gated property is safe and quiet, well kept, and only 1.5 north of campus/downtown. Amenities include: Outside Pool, next to Tiger Transit stop, and plenty of off-street parking. Balcony with outside storage room on 3rd floor unit. Vaulted ceiling in living room. Ceiling fans in bedrooms and dining area. Appliances include: Refrigerator, dishwasher, oven/stove, microwave, full-size Washer & Dryer in unit, toaster, vacuum cleaner, clothes iron & ironing board.
