The community also has a number of charcoal and gas grills throughout. Neighbors are simply great "Southern Folks"! So much to enjoy in this peaceful and beautiful community. Free internet, free WIFI, water and sewage included. This is a no smoking unit with on site parking privileges. One small dog allowed. A security deposit equal to one months rent is due in advance. Rent is due on the first of the month.
