Hillcrest Apartments is a 12 unit building conveniently located near downtown Iron Mountain in a residential neighborhood. We provide a quiet, friendly home for our tenants and have residents that have lived in our building for over 20 years. Appliances (stove and refrigerator) are provided, a coin operated laundry on the first floor and a separate storage unit for each apartment. Utilities are not included in the rent other than water/sewer. Each apartment has electric heat and an air conditioning unit, if needed. The electric bill is paid by the tenant. We also do not allow pets in order to keep our building a quiet environment for our tenants. **We are a “No Pet” & “No Smoking building** The apartment that is currently available is on the 1st floor facing the parking lot in the back of the building.
