600 River Road Apartments

Let’s just get right to it. Don’t judge a book by its cover. Moved in a couple of months ago for a sky high price, but they take care of everything. Maybe it will pay for itself. Nope. Upon move in, my carpets were ripped and disgusting, all my appliances were filthy and smelly, the bathrooms were dirty and had mildew, toilet probably had never been cleaned in a year, my front door was crooked and air came right through, etc etc etc. Thank goodness for their ever so helpful and friendly maintenance manager. Now my dishwasher backed up in the hoses. My sink smelled like a garbage dump. Speaking of garbage, you will have a lovely morning wake up call between 6-7 when the garbage pick up arrives and dumps/slams 2-4 dumpsters up and back down like a demolition truck. To be fair, after 4 months and jumping through hoops the carpets will be taken care of. I’m getting a new dishwasher. I expected the unit to be used, but for the price i also expected cleanliness. This was unsanitary which is really a requirement of leasing. Moral of the story: So not worth the price. Lovely management but shame on the corporation.

For years I dreamed of forgoing the hassles of home ownership and living on the river. The day I saw the sign that luxury apartments were being built in North Tonawanda was the beginning of my dream come true. I have been here for over a year now and my friends and family are probably sick of me saying how much I love living here. Every night as I lay my head down on my pillow I am so grateful for the amazing view across the Niagara River. The grounds are well kept and the amenities are amazing; gym, heated salt water pool, fire pit, welcoming clubhouse and friendly neighbors. I hope to live here for years and years to come!!!

We have lived at this property for a year. The amenities are excellent from walking and bike trails and on-site gym and pool to the unbelievable river view daily. The community room is comfortable and inviting. Anything we ask management to do it is addressed immediately. Very happy living here.

To be quite honest, this place is perfect for what I needed. I don’t have time to take care of a house and I like to have some slight luxury in my living. During the summer, being able to be by the water has proven to be an added benefit to my life I never knew I needed. In fact, my biggest complaint is that buffalo weather isn’t nicer all year round. Facilities are well-kept, clean and I have very much enjoyed the feel of my townhouse. I also greatly appreciate the staff here. Jessica and Jack are exceptional at running the grounds and pay attention to every detail. It is greatly appreciated and helps to make life calm here. It’s worth the money, trust me. Love it here!

Living at 600 river road is like being on vacation every day. We have the pool, boat dock and pickle ball courts in the summer and the clubhouse and movie room in the winter. First thing I see in the morning and last thing at night is the gorgeous Niagara River from my private balcony. The site is always spotless and well groomed. The management is very sensitive to the tenants needs. I’m in my second lease and have no plans on moving elsewhere. For me this is as good as it gets.

we moved out November 30. We cleaned an entire day. All appliances, washed all floors, woodwork, windows inside, all appliances, tub, shower, etc.. we were charged $120.00 for cleaning!!! We should have watched football and closed the door behind us.
