Welcome to our second-floor condo located in the "A" building of Park Shore Resort, nestled within a 13-acre subtropical oasis in the heart of Naples, FL. This charming condo offers easy access to downtown and is just a short drive from 9 miles of pristine beaches. Please note that this unit is in a building without an elevator, requiring guests to climb stairs to access the condo. Welcome to Park Shore Resort Naples, a tropical hideaway within a 13-acre subtropical oasis. Your accommodations include a king bed, two twin beds, and a pull-out sofa, along with two full-sized bathrooms. The second-floor lanai offers mature tree and lake views, and the kitchen was remodeled in the summer of 2025. Enjoy casual indoor dining for four and outdoor meals on the lanai. Free parking is available on the ground floor. The resort offers a range of amenities including a heated swimming pool, tennis and pickleball courts, a fitness center, and lakefront walking paths. Enjoy a leisurely barbecue at the island gazebo with grills for guest use. On-property dining is available at Hogfish Harry's Restaurant and Bar, offering delicious meals with a full bar. Please note that this unit does not have a washer or dryer, but a laundry facility is available at Park Shore Resort for guest use. Park Shore Resort is centrally located yet secluded on lush, private grounds, making it an ideal vacation spot for relaxation and comfort. The resort is walkable to local shopping, dining, and multiple grocery stores, and is about a 12-minute drive (4.4 miles) to downtown Naples. Horizon Way (1.8 miles) and Seagate/North Gulfshore Beach (2.0 miles) are the closest beaches. Venetian Village (1.2 miles) offers waterside shopping and dining, while Waterside Shops (0.9 miles) is a luxury shopping mall nearby. The community is undergoing a window replacement project from May 15th to August 15th, 2025, which may cause some construction noise and dust.
