Plus the main corridor of Concord Pike/Route 202 is nearby as well with Target, Trader Joe's, shopping mall, and lots of retail and restaurants. Living room is furnished with comfortable loveseat, sofa table, armchair and side table. There's also a desk and rolling desk chair. Kitchen is equipped with apartment size fridge, microwave, hot plate, toaster oven, and coffeemaker plus all necessary dishes, pans, utensils etc and counter space for preparing meals which also doubles as eat-in kitchen with provided barstools. The kitchen has built-in shelving, drawers, and pull-out pantry shelves. Bedroom nook has full sized bed (with option to switch to queen sized), wall mounted nightstands and barnwood backed 5 shelf bookshelf for storage and a natural divider from kitchen area. There is a large 7-1/2 ft wide closet with hanging rods and shelves/drawers for clothing plus storage for other items. Natural sun light filters through glass paned entrance door and sidelight. The 3 piece bathroom is just off the kitchen and is nicely updated with walk-in/ shower and sink vanity plus toilet. Already has towels, shower curtain and bathmats in place. Also in bathroom is apartment sized stacked washer and dryer plus pull out hamper, folding surface along with built-in cabinets to store detergent etc. Tenant to perform day-to-day tasks to keep the place clean (removing trash/recycling, using provided vacuum & cleaning supplies, etc). There is an option to add once monthly OR twice monthly scheduled cleaning service for all areas to be vacuumed, mopped, dusted plus bedding/towels to be laundered. Outside common areas include backyard and side yard. There is street parking spot directly in front of the studio apartment entrance plus plenty more street parking available for a visitor.
