Grand, historic 18th and 19th century homes encompass the neighborhood of Forest Park – as does the park for which it was named. Many of the homes are located in the Forest Park Historic District, surrounded by beautiful landscaping and vibrant gardens.

The park itself is huge – more than 700 acres. It’s in walking distance of the historic district, and includes a zoo, nature trails, blooming rose garden, and sports fields. Residents of Forest Park are comforted by their proximity to Interstate 91 and the junction of Belmont and Sumner Avenues as well as Dickinson Street – this is where you’ll find a plethora of shops, local eateries, and small businesses.
