Our departing guest had this to say about this home.... I would like to thank you for giving me a chance to be a tenant at such a lovely dwelling 6 1/2 Victoria Rd. The location is perfection! Close to beaches, parks, botanical gardens & many shopping centers. I never encountered any service needs and can attest that any questions I had were answered within 24 hrs if not immediately. I’m sure I will never find such a nice person like yourself, understanding and caring about his tenants. ___________________________________________________ ____________________________________________________ *****6 1/2 Victoria Road is the apartment home that is available ***not 6 Victoria Road***. Look on the right side of the home and the driveway leads back to the cottage house.***** Quiet, comfortable and convenient is the best way to describe this 1 Bedroom cottage home. This home is located at the end of a long driveway set behind 6 Victoria Road (can you say private and secluded?) and nestled into the wooded landscape not too far from Bonner Park in Largo. Victoria Road is not a through street so traffic is very limited. This home has a paved carport to protect your vehicle and a greenscaped privacy fence to separate you from the home in the front. You really do feel like your are kind of in the country. The inside is an open floor plan with the kitchen and large counter opening into the living-room and more than enough space for comfortable living. The spacious bedroom is carpeted as is the living-room. All appliances are electric, though there are no laundry facilities in this home. There is a storage shed for extra items. Very clean, bright and airy and cable ready. •Perfect for you if you want to cut your expenses to the minimum. •We also have a program to help you if you want to buy a home in the future. •This property is nicely maintained and our goal is high tenant satisfaction so any repairs are handled quickly and efficiently. The mini blinds are open so you can look inside. Price: Monthly rent: $1395 with the easy $55 discount, $1450 without the discount so ask us about that. Very open and honest and answered all of her questions without hesitation.
