At your own risk
The building has extensive mold infestation. The wiring is unreliable, not uncommon for plugins not to work. Toilets sweat causing puddles and water damage. Drains in sinks, tub and toilet clog frequently. Most walls painted flat so you can't clean them. Water quality is very poor. Very hard water with rust turning everything yellow. Parking and snow removal is horrible. Vinyl floors installed poorly and baseboard thermostats leave soot marks on walls.
