On the same floor, there is a second office/bedroom with a built-in, spacious desk, bookshelves, and a Murphy bed with a new full sized, very comfortable hybrid mattress. There is a half bath just outside the bedroom door. The first floor family suite includes another queen bedroom, a large family/TV room equipped with wifi for streaming, a second fireplace, a second full bath with a deep tub/shower, a laundry area, a granite wet bar with a second dishwasher and mini fridge, ample closets and storage, two stone patio areas, a gas grill, an outdoor lounging and dining area, and a large lawn and gardens--all with more spectacular water views. On the third floor of the home, you will find a sweet upper roof deck/lookout, perfect for sunsets, morning coffee, cocktails, cool breezes. Whether coming to work remotely, to undertake a peaceful retreat, or to relocate temporarily in a beautiful home surrounded by sea views, we hope you will come to enjoy and appreciate our Cape Ann getaway home as much as we do!
