It is also conveniently located within minutes of Mt.Tom, I-90 and I-91, Northampton, UMASS Amherst, and Springfield. Rent is $1,700 per month. First months' rent and a security deposit equal to one month's rent required at move in (total $3,400). Initial 12 month lease; renewing on a month-to-month basis (after 12 months). We provide trash removal, lawn maintenance, snow removal, and water/sewer. Tenant(s) will pay for heat, electric, cable, internet, and phone. Pets (SA's/ESA's with proper credentials allowed) and washing machines are not allowed. Although there are no onsite washer/dryer hookups, there are several laundry mats in Easthampton; with the nearest laundry mat located within walking distance of the apartment.
