This is a listing for individual rooms (shared common/living spaces), we have a 3 available. Prices are based upon size and location in the apartment but range from $525/mo to $945/mo for rooms depending upon length of your lease and number of people (typically double occ is the most a room is comfortable for). Generally we're just looking for good people who are nice, friendly, open to sharing a meal or garden party once in a while - but of course can pay on time and be tidy housemates in this tough economy. This is a strickly no smoking/no vaping/no drugs property adn sadly no pets (this include, ostriches, lamas, and wallabies :) ) Students are welcome and we can even workout a payment plan for the right person (like 2-week increments).
