The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at 5IFTYONE Traden Heights
terrible management and company. so many rental homes in the same price range a lot nicer
Property Manager at 5IFTYONE Traden Heights, Responded To This Review
Our team is determined to provide exceptional service to our residents and competitively-priced apartment homes, so thank you for giving us your perspective. If there is anything specific we can do to help improve your experience, please email us at tradanheights@rreafresidential.com. We look forward to hearing from you soon.
Honestly, this place is a beast with 2 heads. On the one hand, staff on location are helpful and always smiling. However, they seem to know next to nothing about how the management handles the property nor about charges that we are billed on. For instance, my rent went up by well over 150$ per month during the year I lived there, and strictly no one was able to provide any information on that, mostly because they did not even understood what these charges were about! To me, this is a sign of very bad management! On top of that, you will get harassed by text messages on your cellphone of any amount on your rent is late. I understand that, but, getting messages on 3 separate consecutive Saturday mornings because you still owe 0.07$ is simply stupid. I will make a note that prior to this, the people from the local office told me to not worry about owing a few pennies. Again, it seems that there is a clear discrepancy between the local office and the management team, and for the price you are paying, you will get much better service from places that are closer to town!
Property Manager at 5IFTYONE Traden Heights, Responded To This Review
We appreciate your feedback about our friendly service, and at the same time, we are sorry for any lack of clarity about charges on your account. Our goal is to provide seamless interactions regardless of the team member you're speaking with, and we are disappointed by the disconnect you describe. Please reach out to us at tradanheights@rreafresidential.com so we may look into these concerns and get you the answers you need. Thank you.
The management here is chaotic. If you ask different staff, you will get different apartment choices. I signed a rental contract with one of their staff. A month later, when I was about to get the key, their manager told me that they had rented my apartment to someone else. There is no reasonable explanation for this matter so far.
I was in town for a project and basically worked every day for the 6 months we lived at the 51 apartments. But my wife loved the apartment, its location and the amenities of the facility. The staff was courteous and helpful and outside of one small bump in the road upon moving out that was quickly resolved, the whole process was fairly easy and uneventful. I would definitely stay at the 51 apartments again should I find myself working in the Stillwater area.
After living in many different apartment complexes, I moved to Fifty one Apartments, and I am very pleased that I did. The complex is filled with many nice amenities, from the dog park to free Starbucks coffee. On top of that, the office staff is extremely nice and helpful. I'm glad to call this place home!
I have been a resident at 51 since they opened. I enjoy the facilities and the amenities. The staff is very friendly and professional. They do activities for the residents. Rent is higher than others in town, but new apartments and great amenities justify it. Could improve on public area maintenance and upkeep, but better than other options in Stw.
This apartment complex has everything you could want in a gated community with a pool, dog park, workout facility, free coffee and popcorn, plenty of living space, basketball hoops, a volleyball court, and a bus stop. However, the gates haven't worked for months and the staff is very slow to respond to concerns. Overall, a nice place to live, but may not be worth the price.
