Property Id: 2396910 We live in the lower half of a large house and we are looking for a new roommate for a bedroom with its own bathroom. The rent is $1,200 a month and includes all utilities cable Wi-Fi and laundry is in garage. There is no AC however there are ceiling fans in all the rooms. We do have a cat and a 17-year-old Chihuahua. Looking for an individual with a steady income. It's a very low key and quiet household. The room is 10 X 12 with an extended little alcove, say for a desk. I am over 50 and my cousin lives here also. He is almost 90. The deposit is the same. You would have access to the whole house like it was yours.
