The main spaces include a chef’s kitchen with high-end stainless appliances, a living room with a 75" smart TV, and a spectacular resort-style backyard with a heated private pool, hot tub, outdoor patio, BBQ grill, and poolside loungers. The heated pool fee is $100 per night and can be heated to about 20-25 degrees above the ambient temperature. We recommend heating the pool between October and May. Parking is available for three cars, with one space in the garage and two in the driveway. Nearby attractions include Coral Ridge Country Club, Hugh Taylor Birch State Park, Bonnet House Museum & Gardens, Lauderdale-By-The-Sea, Galleria at Fort Lauderdale, Fort Lauderdale Beach, Anglin's Fishing Pier, and Bluefoot Pirate Adventures. Enjoy dining at Greek Islands Taverna, Cafe Seville, Shooters Waterfront, La Dolce Vita, and Mastro's Ocean Club. Getting around is easy with two bikes provided, garage and driveway parking, and rideshare services like Uber and Lyft readily available. The primary guest must be at least 25 years old to book this property. Check-in is at 4 pm and check-out is at 10 am. No pets are allowed and absolutely no parties, as this is grounds for termination. Quiet hours are after 10 pm to respect the neighbors. There is a security camera above the garage to monitor the cleaning team. The pool must be heated for the entirety of your stay, with a 3-day notice required before arrival.
