The spectacular resort-style backyard includes a heated private pool, hot tub, outdoor patio and dining, BBQ grill, fire pit, outdoor kitchen with TV, and poolside loungers. The heated pool fee is $100 per night. Parking is available for 3 cars max, with 1 space in the garage and 2 in the driveway. We provide a cooler, an extra ice machine, 6 beach chairs, and an umbrella. The pool can be heated to about 20-25 degrees above the ambient temperature, and we recommend heating it between October to May each year. The partner requires at least a 3-day notice before your arrival if you'd like the pool heated, and it must be heated for the entirety of your stay.
