Located about 10 miles southwest of Downtown Saint Louis, Saint Louis Hills is a historic neighborhood that offers a wooded escape from the city. Filled with tree-lined streets, well-manicured lawns, Saint Louis Hills is a quiet, urban oasis with plenty of green space. The architecture reflects the history of Saint Louis Hills, with a mixture of houses and apartments for rent that incorporate the art deco style of the 1930s and 1940s. The neighborhood is anchored by Francis Park, a sprawling natural area with seasonal events, a playground, walking trails, tennis courts, and more. Willmore Park on the southern end of the neighborhood also heightens the secluded feel of St. Louis Hills with several lakes and a dog park.
