A private balcony is included with direct access off of the living room thru a large sliding door. Off the balcony is a beautiful four season tree, which allows beautiful views and lots of light into the apartment! All windows and plumbing, as well as HVAC and roof are new within 10 years. We are small pet friendly, although NO parrots please. Lots of light and friendly neighbors. We are right next to the Metro G line, just blocks from LAVC, and close to all three freeways. This is a non-smoking property.
