About 5915 Woodland View Dr Los Angeles, CA 91367
One bedroom for rent in a beautiful home in a patroled safe neighborhood. This large bedroom is for one occupant and has a large closet. Full kitchen and laundry room privileges. No pets. Your room is your room and your privacy will be respected. I do have a cleaning lady that comes every other week and will be available for an additional fee. Living area, kitchen and bathroom must be kept tidy. I see clients at my home (occasionally) so outside your room must be kept clean. Other than that, I am about as easy going as it gets. I look forward to hearing from you. Parking on street right outside house. I like to start with month to month just to make sure everyone is happy. After that we can sign a lease if preferred. Rent is $1,050 plus $200 additional which covers Utilities, and Direct TV. Room is furnished.

City - Los Angeles
In theory, the puzzle pieces that make up Los Angeles shouldn't fit together: rugged mountains and the crashing waves along the coast. A laid-back surf culture and high-powered executives rushing along in suits. Vegan tacos from a food truck and the world's top-rated, five-star restaurants. Rodeo Drive and Beverly Hills, Hollywood and Chinatown. Somehow, the pieces do fit, locking together to form a seamless city that is completely original and totally LA.
By moving to a Los Angeles apartment, you'll get to experience the busy city and the laid-back beach vibe, the great shopping, the amazing food, and (of course) those celebrity sightings. Go hiking in the Santa Monica Mountains, Griffith Park, and Topanga State Park, enjoy the rides and shows at Universal Studios Hollywood, see stars along the legendary Hollywood Walk of Fame, and go on an art walk or stop in to the Los Angeles County Museum of Art.
