Requirements and cost: 1) complete intake application, meet with staff, pass a urine drug screen. 2) pay $250 nonrefundable move-in fee, sign bed license agreement, sign house rule/chores agreemnt, move-in to assigned room/bed. 3) pay $200 weekly bed fee due every Friday and paid electronically or by money order. This is NOT a lease. 4) zero tolerance for any use of a mind altering substance even if legal in Virginia. Every resident agrees to immediate random urine drug testing if staff requests. 5) every resident agrees to abide by posted house rules and posted house chores in order to maintain a safe, clean, peaceful place to live and stay sober.
