Close to Flagler Beach and St. Augustine, this property is just 1.5 hours from Disney, making it an ideal location for exploring nearby attractions. No house parties and no smoking indoors. Smoking indoors will result in a complete loss of the security deposit. Guests must be 25 to book. Check-out instructions include stripping all used beds, turning off all lights, and ensuring all dishes are cleaned or placed in the dishwasher. Make sure keys are left in the lockbox, and the garage remote or parking pass is left on the counter, with a $50 replacement fee for keys and a $100 fee for the garage remote or parking pass. The property no longer has a functioning hot tub, and it will be completely removed in the following months.
