All vehicles must be parked in the driveway only. The pool is a saltwater pool and is maintained and balanced bi-weekly. If the pool becomes dirty from daily use, there is a net and pole located in the lanai to pick up any debris. Make sure the hot tub is full of water prior to turning it on or off to avoid damage. The grill is located on the side of the lanai, and there is a spare tank located under the shelf in the garage. Do not operate the grill in the screened-in area of the lanai to prevent damage. If there is a water or pipeline flooding, the main water shut-off valve is located to the left side of the garage when facing from the driveway. In case of an electric outage, the main fuse box is located in the garage. Trash days are Monday and Thursday, pool care is on Thursday, and lawn care is on Monday. Strip the bedding and put a first load to wash in the washer, and load the dishwasher for wash as well. Remove all garbage to the curb. A laptop computer is not included.
