No expenses were spared in the renovation of this historic building. The apartment features a full kitchen with granite countertops, designer furniture, and flat-screen TVs with cable in every room. One parking pass is provided for the Municipal Parking Garage (5-minute walk). The City of St. Augustine also has an abundance of paid parking spots surrounding the area. We can accommodate 1 dog under 50 lbs for a nonrefundable pet fee of $150 (some exceptions are allowed, please ask). This apartment is in the center of the Historic District of Downtown St. Augustine. Everything the city has to offer is right at your fingertips with amazing shops, restaurants, and bars just steps away in every direction. Park your car and forget about it, as everything is within walking distance. If you don't feel like walking but still want to explore, the city offers several trolley tours. Feeling adventurous? Rent bikes and have them delivered to your front door. Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am per St. Johns County ordinance and are enforced. The minimum age to book is 21. The primary guest on the reservation must be present for the duration of the stay. If you have more guests on the premises than you have notated in your reservation, we reserve the right to charge an additional fee. This home is not suitable for bachelor/bachelorette parties, wedding parties, receptions, or any other large group gathering. Any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved prior to their arrival. In addition, any guests outside of the reservation must vacate the property during quiet hours. The home has an actively recording security camera installed at the front door of the home. An attempt to remove, tamper, or disconnect the internet to Ring may result in the reservation being canceled and guests requested to vacate the premises. Do not move furniture, appliances, or décor from where you found it upon check-in. Outdoor furniture must be returned to its original positioning in which you found it upon check-in. Guests are responsible for any damages caused by a pet during their stay. Additional charges will apply if dog feces is not picked up and properly disposed of ($50 per pile). Guests who stay past checkout time will be charged an additional fee of $50/hr. No vaping/smoking is allowed whatsoever on the property, including the front porch. If evidence of smoking is found, you will be subject to an additional cleaning fee. Illegal drugs are strictly prohibited, including marijuana. No underage drinking. Do not flush anything down the toilet except toilet paper. Renters are 100% liable for any and all property damage caused by themselves or guests during their stay.
