This apartment is located one block from St. George St and top downtown restaurants, bars, and activities. Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am per St. Johns County ordinance and are enforced. The minimum age to book is 21, and the primary guest on the reservation must be present for the duration of the stay. If you have more guests on the premises than you have notated in your reservation, an additional fee may be charged. This home is not suitable for large group gatherings, and any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved prior to their arrival. The home has an actively recording security camera installed at the front door; an attempt to remove, tamper, or disconnect the internet to Ring may result in the reservation being canceled and guests requested to vacate the premises.
