Applicants with recent bankruptcies (within the last 7 years) may be disqualified No history of evictions in the past 7 years. A background check will be conducted for all applicants over 18 years of age. Applicants with felony convictions related to violence, theft, or drug offenses within the last 10 years may be disqualified. Applicants listed on the sex offender registry will be automatically disqualified.
