The building offers a 24-hour gym, pickleball court, pool table, resident clubhouse, business center, outdoor kitchen, grilling stations, fire pits, coffee and tea bar, dog park, pet spa, valet trash service, 24-hour emergency maintenance, package room with cold storage, and on-site management. A $100 fee applies per pet (max 2 pets). Additional key fobs are available for a $50 non-refundable fee. Lost, damaged, or unreturned fobs incur a $150 replacement charge. Access to the resort-style pool with sundeck and private cabanas and the 24/7 fitness center with modern equipment requires a request. Located in Whitestown, IN, you're minutes from dining, shopping, parks, and entertainment, offering a perfect balance of luxury, comfort, and convenience. Smoking inside or outside on the patio/balcony, parking lot, or within 50ft of the property is strictly prohibited, as this is a smoke-free community, and any smell noticed by cleaners or any physical evidence of smoking will result in a fine of $500. Any pet brought to the property without being declared during the reservation process will be considered unauthorized, and a fee of $200 will be charged for any evidence found of an unauthorized pet. Parties and events are strictly prohibited, and any evidence of a party or event will result in a fine of $500, legal action, and possible eviction without reimbursement, plus the cost of any extra cleaning or damages that result from the event. To respect the privacy of other residents, please follow the provided directions carefully and go directly to your assigned unit; guests who knock on the wrong door or enter the wrong building and disturb other tenants will be subject to a $200 fine. Unapproved late checkouts or unapproved early check-ins will result in a charge of $100 per hour after or before the scheduled checkout or check-in time, respectively. Moving of furniture isn't allowed, especially on the balcony, and violation of this will result in a $100 fine. Per the listing and ownership rules, quiet hours are between 10 pm and 6 am, and repeated violations will result in cancellation of your reservation with no refund. Guests are prohibited from obstructing or tampering with exterior cameras; the first offense will result in a warning, and the second offense will result in cancellation of the reservation without a refund. Windows in the property only open a few inches for safety purposes, and please ensure windows are not forced open beyond the designated limit. Guests must let us know at the time of booking if additional visitors will arrive during the stay, or the reservation will be canceled. Includes a built-in desk for remote work and high-speed fiber internet. Guests are advised that the pool facilities are seasonal and typically open in mid-May and close at the end of October each year. The exact opening and closing dates may vary depending on weather conditions and building management’s discretion.
