This is a no smoking complex. Cats ok, No other animals allowed. No application fee until applicant has passed initial application review. We do an initial application review before we request the Background Check fee and do not want money unless you make it through the initial application review. Once in the final stages, a $40 fee will be assessed to run full background check. Rest assured, we are not happy to see anyone being scammed or upset with unfair property management practices. We are very happy to meet with you in person to hand you a physical printed copy of our application to ensure you are not dealing with somebody trying to scam you, but we also offer an online application that we can email you. Once you have filled it out, you can simply e-mail it back.
