Lounge in the sun-soaked living area and enjoy the eat-in kitchen which features granite counters, stainless steel appliances, ample cabinetry, seating area with stools and built-in shelving. The open space offers hardwood flooring, large windows, and access to the 800 sqft outdoor deck. There are two full bedrooms and an additional room with a fold out sofa. The full bath has a tile tub/shower combo and pedestal sink. Tenant will have access to one part of the shed only. The remainder will be locked and used for the owner's storage. The shed is spacious and features a media/entertainment area with a tv, seating area, ping pong table and gym equipment for tenant use. There is a bathroom with shower and stackable washer/dryer in the shed. DISCLAIMER (PLEASE READ): Owner will provide twice monthly garden and lawn care during season. There is no AC in the shed/heat only. Fire pit, gym equipment, kayaks and dock (including walkway, pierhead and floating deck) are all available for tenant use but tenant acknowledges they are using amenities at their own risk. Property owner accepts no responsibility for accidents or injuries occurring on the property. This will be included in a lease addendum at lease signing.
