Any evidence of a party or event, including camera footage, excessive garbage, or other evidence, will result in a fine of $500, legal action, and possible eviction without reimbursement, plus the cost of any extra cleaning or damages that result from the event. Noise detection monitors are present. Quiet hours are between 10pm and 6am. Repeated violations will result in cancellation of your reservation with no refund. Moving of furniture isn't allowed, especially on the balcony. Violation of this will result in a $100 fine. Guests must let us know at the time of booking if additional visitors will arrive during the stay, or the reservation will be cancelled. No exceptions, no refunds. Windows in the property only open a few inches for safety purposes. Please ensure windows are not forced open beyond the designated limit. Exterior cameras are present for safety and security. Guests are prohibited from obstructing or tampering with exterior cameras. A warning will be issued for the first offense, and the reservation will be canceled without a refund for the second offense.
