Guests who knock on the wrong door or enter the wrong building and disturb other tenants will be subject to a $200 fine. Unapproved late checkouts or unapproved early check-ins will result in a charge of $100 per hour after or before the scheduled check-out or check-in time, respectively. Smoking inside or outside on the patio/balcony, parking lot, or within 50ft of the property is strictly prohibited, as this is a smoke-free community; any smell noticed by cleaners in the house, and/or any physical evidence of smoking any substance in the home will result in a fine of $500. Any pet brought to the property without being declared during the reservation process will be considered unauthorized, and a fee of $200 will be charged for any evidence found of an unauthorized pet. Parties and events are strictly prohibited; any evidence of a party or event, including camera footage, excessive garbage, or other evidence will result in a fine of $500, legal action, and possible eviction without reimbursement, plus the cost of any extra cleaning or damages that result from the event. Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 6 am, and repeated violations will result in cancellation of your reservation with no refund. Moving of furniture isn't allowed, especially on the balcony; violation of this will result in a $100 fine. Guests are prohibited from obstructing or tampering with exterior cameras; a first offense will result in a warning, and a second offense will result in cancellation of the reservation without a refund. Windows in the property only open a few inches for safety purposes; please ensure windows are not forced open beyond the designated limit. Do not park in reserved spaces; unauthorized vehicles will be towed. Lost, damaged, or unreturned fobs incur a $150 replacement charge.
