Located in Whitestown, IN, you're minutes from dining, shopping, parks, and entertainment—offering a perfect balance of luxury, comfort, and convenience. Smoking inside or outside on the patio or balcony, parking lot, or within 50ft of the property is strictly prohibited, as this is a smoke-free community. Any smell noticed by cleaners in the home, and/or any physical evidence of smoking any substance in the home will result in a fine of $500. Pets are welcome, but must be declared on the reservation. A $100 fee applies per pet (max 2 pets). Any pet brought to the property without being declared during the reservation process will be considered unauthorized, and a fee of $200 will be charged for any evidence found of an unauthorized pet. Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Any evidence of a party or event will result in a fine of $500, legal action, and possible eviction without reimbursement, plus the cost of any extra cleaning or damages that result from the event. Noise detection monitors are present. Quiet hours are between 10pm and 6am. Repeated violations will result in cancellation of your reservation with no refund. Each reservation includes one key fob. Additional fobs are available for a $50 non-refundable fee. Lost, damaged, or unreturned fobs incur a $150 replacement charge. Unauthorized vehicles parked in reserved spaces will be towed. The later you return, the farther you may need to park from the unit. Windows in the property only open a few inches for safety purposes. Exterior cameras are present for security purposes. Guests are prohibited from obstructing or tampering with exterior cameras. First offense will result in a warning, and a second offense will result in reservation cancellation without a refund.
