A $100 fee applies per pet (max 2 pets) only if you bring a pet. Any pet brought to the property without being declared during the reservation process will be considered unauthorized, and a fee of $200 will be charged for any evidence found of an unauthorized pet. Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Any evidence of a party or event, including camera footage, excessive garbage, or other evidence will result in a fine of $500, legal action, and possible eviction without reimbursement, plus the cost of any extra cleaning or damages that result from the event. Noise detection monitors are present. Quiet hours are between 10pm and 6am. Repeated violations will result in cancellation of your reservation with no refund. Missing or damaged items will be charged at direct replacement cost plus a fine of up to $250. Exterior cameras are present for safety and security. Guests are prohibited from obstructing or tampering with exterior cameras. Windows in the property only open a few inches for safety purposes. Guests must let us know at the time of booking if additional visitors will arrive during the stay or the reservation will be cancelled. No exceptions, no refunds. For certain guests, we may require an ID to be uploaded or presented during check-in, at our sole discretion. The apartment includes a built-in desk, making remote work easy. A laptop computer is not included.
