Large windows and ceiling fans are featured throughout, along with a built-in desk and custom entryway storage with a coat rack. The apartment also offers a smart thermostat, fiber internet, an electronic door key system, and enclosed hallways for added privacy. Community amenities include a resort-style pool with sundeck and cabanas, a pickleball court, a 24/7 fitness center, a pool table, and a dog park. You’ll also have access to valet trash service, EV charging stations, covered parking, and private garages. There's even a cold storage package room, a coffee and tea bar, and more. Access to the pool and fitness center must be requested. EV charging stations are available upon request, and fees apply. Free surface lot parking is available, along with covered parking and private garages. Located in Whitestown, IN, you're minutes from dining, shopping, parks, and entertainment—offering a perfect balance of luxury, comfort, and convenience. Smoking inside or outside on the patio or balcony, parking lot, or within 50ft of the property is strictly prohibited, as this is a smoke-free community. Any smell noticed by cleaners in the home, and/or any physical evidence of smoking any substance in the home will result in a fine of $500. Pets are welcome, but must be declared on the reservation. A $100 fee applies per pet (max 2 pets) only if you bring a pet. Any pet brought to the property without being declared during the reservation process will be considered unauthorized, and a fee of $200 will be charged for any evidence found of an unauthorized pet. Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Any evidence of a party or event, including camera footage, excessive garbage, or other evidence will result in a fine of $500, legal action, and possible eviction without reimbursement, plus the cost of any extra cleaning or damages that result from the event. Noise detection monitors are present. Quiet hours are between 10pm and 6am. Repeated violations will result in cancellation of your reservation with no refund. Missing or damaged items will be charged at direct replacement cost plus a fine of up to $250. Exterior cameras are present for safety and security. Guests are prohibited from obstructing or tampering with exterior cameras. Windows in the property only open a few inches for safety purposes. Guests must let us know at the time of booking if additional visitors will arrive during the stay or the reservation will be cancelled. No exceptions, no refunds. For certain guests, we may require an ID to be uploaded or presented during check-in, at our sole discretion. The apartment includes a built-in desk, making remote work easy. A laptop computer is not included.
