Parking is located at the back of the building, and one parking space is available for guests. Pets are welcome with a fee of $25 per day for 1-5 days, $200 for 6-28 days, or $300 for 29+ days. Centrally located in the heart of London on Queens Ave, this apartment is close to groceries, the LCBO, and eateries. It's just 3 minutes from the downtown core and Fanshawe College, with easy access to public transit. Western University and Fanshawe College are both within a 5 km drive. The city's core, with its abundance of bars, restaurants, shopping, and event centers, is just 1.5 km away. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. Smoking is not allowed inside the property, and evidence of indoor smoking will result in a $1000 fine. Pets are not allowed on fabric couches, chairs, or beds, and any evidence of this will result in additional cleaning charges. No parties or undeclared social gatherings are allowed, and guests will be charged $500 for breaking this rule.
